We build Nightlatch to last, and we stand behind every one we ship. That's why your Nightlatch is backed by a Lifetime Warranty.
What it covers
If your Nightlatch ever fails, breaks, or stops working properly under normal use, we'll send you a free replacement, for as long as you own it. No expiration, no time limit.
How to make a claim
Just email us at getnightlatch@outlook.com with:
- Your order number (proof of purchase), and
- A quick photo or description of the issue.
We'll ship you a free replacement, you don't even need to send the old one back.
What's not covered
The warranty covers defects and normal-use failure. It does not cover loss or theft, damage from misuse or using it in a way it's not designed for, or normal cosmetic wear that doesn't affect how it works. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and isn't transferable.
Lifetime Warranty vs. our 30-Day Guarantee
These are two separate promises. Our 30-day money-back guarantee means if Nightlatch just isn't right for you, return it within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Our Lifetime Warranty means if it ever fails under normal use, we replace it free, for life.
