We want you to love your NightLatch lock. If you don't, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. No photos, no forms, no restocking fee. Just email us at getnightlatch@outlook.com with your order number and we'll process your full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your mask arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, email us. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of your return request. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement.
